I think it's pretty obvious that there was a second shooter on the grassy knoll outside of the house. The shooter aimed perpendicular to Danny, ricocheting the bullet (read: mosquito) off of Dana's water bottle, off of the granite countertop at an obtuse angle, against the window pane, and thereafter, conclusively, into Danny's eye.

I believe Danny. It was Wayne. He's going through ninja training, so he could have EASILY flicked Danny's eye. Even though we could see both of his hands while it happened, it's a possibility. He's a magician after all.

This blooper can transform into a effect. "A person in the audience feels a f#$!ing bee in the eye."
