Amazing stuff Gambit. Very, very impressed with the video. Derren's effect = done flawlessly. Five Stars in my book. Hope to see more from you soon!

i thought the magic itself was great. but i wanted to give you as little tip. when doing street magic you wanna make yourslef look "presentable" i believe the "gothness" isn't all attracting people. i know Criss Angel does it but he Criss Angel. i think next time jeans and a nice tee would do fine.

Well Criss Angel doesn't really have the "goth" style anymore. Not like he was in the beginning anyways. Changed it to attract a wider range of audiences. On the other hand great performance Gambit. Really enjoyed it.

My only tip (no pun intended) is to be a little trickier with your tip work. It looks like you're just putting it on and taking it off, with no real effort to disguise the motion. On the other end of the spectrum, the coin work just about melted my eyeballs. Where did you learn all that? I really liked the routining with that section, and it was very smooth and visual. My coin work is acceptable, but it's nowhere near that smooth.

I loved the "Jack of Spades trick" for lack of a better term, was that rehearsed? lol I wanna learn that one the most. I already know the rest of your performance and it was wicked, that chick was soo hot too, wow!

Great work! The performance was very well done, and the music was a nice touch (horror movie soundtracks always get my blood pumping).

Superman, thanks for the comments, but that doesn't work for everyone...remember we are accomplishing something extraordinary, why should we look ordinary. Keith, thanks for the advice on the changes, I will definently work on those. Thanks for the kind words Jon

nice work. i love seeing coin magic, may i suggest i little more work on the JW relax your fingers more, and keep them more close together, your grip with it looks a little less natural then it can be.

I like the overall smoothness of your performances but i must say that blow thing looks totally odd, i first saw Daniel garcia doing that, in my personal opinion which is biased ofcourse but i dont see how that would have any impact what so ever although perhaps u need that as a starter to get in to that routine. the coin routine is alright but why do u use the same subtlety twice? A tip would be try not act like u moving ur hand ultra fast right at the moment of vanish or production, sure u dont want to flash the coin in anycase but the true magic is when everything looks totally normal and slow. And last of all with the jack thing, is it a sudjestive effect? correct me if im wrong, if it is i must say every now and then u come across someone that just wont work.

I didn't rally like it. The ideas for the sugar, sorry sweet and low, were good but the presenation needed some work. I don't know why you kept bringing your hand up to your face when you where moving the paper. Maybe you had an itch but it was distracting. The coin stuff needed some work. When you do the Fitch Palm try not to bring the concealment up so high and use the other fingers to cover it. The last effect was great. Well executed. The sugar just didn't do it for me. The girl saved that routine for teh most part. It had its good elements. The end effect was great. I would have done the thing with the paper but then used thread to bring it upright or to move it around. As far as advice goes on the coin work I would say that you should take your time. If you don't it is easier to trace the coin back to where it could be. I know that you were on Ellusionist for a while. Go look at a Thread called Retention of Vision. There are osme really great tips on improving and perfecting this. It looked like you had teh motions down just needed to practice them a little more. As far as the Nabel change put the fingers deeper into the hand. If it is just the the coin then the fingers are easier to see move. When you put the fingers into the hand up to about the first knuckle then the retention looks a lot cleaner. Like was said eariler, Slow it down. I have found that a slow Wither Vanish builds antisipation right before the fingers open. Also, when I do it, this I took from watching Shoot Ogawa do it, but when you do it, do the vanish slow, and gesture with the hand then open both hands wide as if to show them empty.

Thanks for sharing Gambit! I like how your routine flows and you actually used the sugar packet as paper for another effect :-) Two Tips. First of all, get a small container so you have some place to put all that sugar at. Don\'\'t get in trouble! You can find some pretty slick tin type containers for certain mints. (I have an all black) As for having no pocket space, you carry a few dozen sugar packets with you already :-P Second, although fast, I think you need to work on the Wither Vanish a bit more. It seems theres a bit too much movement in the right hand for the take. Same with the Nabil Change, the way Apollo does it, the coin looks like its covered for 1 second, the next its changed. Slow it down and work with the retention of vision more. I'd think you'll find it will be much more deceptive and smooth that way. The reproduction is done great however. Good job overall, I enjoyed it.

First off it was an excellent performance. I have to agree with streetmage; the tip work could be a lot smoother although you managed your spectator effectively enough to make up for it. I also have to agree with comments on your coin routine to work on your retention. Just having a slight spread of the fingers so that the coin visible until the very instant of the vanish can make all the difference.

Tell us the truth, you got a bit lucky with the Jack at the end didn't you? I liked the performance a lot, really great work. Only thing I would say is get rid of the finger nail polish!!!!!!!!!!

wow, I am extremely impressed. Your Coin work is amazing. But what really got me was the mentalism effect at the end. Where did you learn that?
