You're right, we should praise anyone that ever invents a flourish regardless of what it looks like or how good it is. Not saying that I didn't like this, I'm just saying that if no one is allowed to be a critic then all you will see is crap on the market. Its people that constantly challenge and push others to create more impressive stuff that got flourishing to where it is. I dont think you should be impressed with every move someone comes out with just because "they have created a lot of moves" that is idiotic and no one will benefit from it.

DrfHono......keep in mind that this volume is entitled "Beginners" so its gonna be more simple than the following volumes =D

It's actually titled essentials, which doesn't neccessarily mean beginners.

Rasmus all i mean is that andrei does the most awesome stuff, i love andrei don't get me wrong but when i watched this vid, it just didn't scream ANDREI! but as Lemonbird said it's the beginner volume, wich i din't know. I'm sorry if you got what i said wrong. It wasn't ment to sound pro, or cool or anything.

Unfortunately perception is reality, and how I perceive this trick to be isn't all that great. Flourishing is a lot about what meets the eye. If something is happening that I'm not seeing, how does this improve the flourish??

You just don't get it man.. What's wrong with him saying it is not as impressing as he thought, is that he can't even see the flourish in complete detail.. It is just a TEASER for crying out loud! It is just plain ignorant for him to sit on his ass going: "Wauw, not impressive, next please, k bye", when he probably can't even do a double lift or create a flourish himself. And no, the "more than meets the eye" is NOT crap. Why? Well, simply because there IS more to this than what meets the eye. Sure, the flourish looks piece of cake when Andrei executes it, but I am sure that there is a lot of finer details to this flourish, which makes it harder than you think. And as a matter of fact I think you are completely wrong on the "LOOK flashy and impressive"-thing. Andrei is a professional, I am willing to bet that he doesn't flourish because it "looks" flashy and impressive, but because it requires skill, practise and patience to pull off stuff like this. Basically, I think you should just F&¤$#~G take a break and not jump to those stupid conclusions like "NOT impressive! I was expecting A LOT MORE from Andrei!!", when he has created an overwhelming amount of moves, and is releasing a THREE-DISC-SET for lords sake! Just sit down and practise your double-lifts man. Stop being so greedy and always wan't something bigger and better.
