Amazing! So we re-use the same napkin...?

j.bayme

Yes - you can either hand it out as a souvenir or let it dry and re-use it again and again.

Will they find the secret if you give them the prop as a souvenir ? This is the kind of impromptu tricks that kills.

Simon, this trick is NOT impromptu. It requires setup beforehand. Yes, I'm aware that they have said it is reusable - but are you really going to deny your spectators the souvenir? This probably means, unless you attach some sort of gimmick on top of the napkin, that you will need to have several of the "item" prepared. >> Dan White: In this video, you state that you are "at someone's home or restaurant, you can take - A - napkin". Is this simply wording in order to make the average consumer believe it is a borrowed napkin, or was it just a mistake? In other words- Is the napkin that "reveals" the object of the performance truly, honestly, and 100% purely the spectator's napkin?

will they find the secret if you give out the napkin after as a souvenir? and can they examine the napkin before the effect takes place? also, can a napkin be set up quickly, like right before a performance?

know what? there are countries where some vendors use this effect not as a trick but as a tool in a gambling game. so i don't see things being credited etc. whatever.

Cedric, Bich's version was verifiably, independently created over 4 years ago (2005). While this plot has been accomplished by many magicians over the past few years, I have not seen any other version published that utilizes the same method as Watermark. Hope this clears things up.
